Waitlist Policy
Waitlist Policy
Thank you for your interest in working together. Due to limited availability, I currently maintain a waitlist for new clients. Please review the following information regarding the waitlist process:
1. Scheduling a Consultation
If you are interested in starting therapy, the first step is to schedule a free 15 minute consultation with me. The initial consultation is our time to get to know each other. During this time you can ask any questions that you may have for me and I will ask you some screening questions to make sure I can offer the services you need. You can schedule a consultation online or by contacting me directly.
2. Joining the Waitlist
You can request to be added to the waitlist during your consultation or by completing the Waitlist Request Form online. Clients are added to the waitlist and are contacted in the order that requests are received. Once a spot becomes available I will contact you by phone and by email. If I do not receive a response from you within 24 hours of reaching out, I will move on to the next person on the waitlist in order to respect everyone’s time and needs.
3. Estimated Wait Time
I am unable to provide a specific timeline for how long you may remain on the waitlist. Openings depend on current clients completing their course of treatment, which varies based on individual progress and clinical needs. As such, wait times can differ significantly from one person to another.
4. Alternative Support Options
I understand that waiting for care can be challenging. I am unable to guarantee when a spot will open and I cannot provide crisis or emergency support while you are on the waitlist. If you require more immediate support, I encourage you to seek services from another provider who currently has availability. Please note that being added to the waitlist does not mean that you are a client of Lauren Creed Therapy PLLC.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you when space becomes available.
